I think it is too early to start trashing Slovakia without hard proof of no action. Slovaks in one of the tragic areas cleaned a hospital.
Besides I have never believed that a scorecard is necessary when events like this happen. I believe in rolling up my sleeves and getting what has to be done done, then afterwards while resting over a cup of coffee see who did what and who didn't.
