Yes, the problem has been well analyzed, but solutions aren't as concrete. If you ask any young educated Slovak what their dreams and aspirations are, very few of them see their destinies at home. But if you make the environment at home more pleasurable and actually workable, many will return. Case in point: Students study in the Czech Republic because of the opportunities. Slovakia must create similiar opportunities and the wages must not be laughable. Why work full time in Slovakia, when you can go to Vienna and make three times the wage?
