Why don't people just open up a smoke-free business? Yeah, it would be difficult to sell the idea in the beginning to some people, but after awhile, people would love the idea and the business would boom faster than any "smoke house". The law is a good idea, but if people vote with their wallets, the need for such a law will disappear.
