I think Slovaks are beginning to believe that they have what it takes to be a nation and that they don't need to hold any animosities towards the Czechs. I also hold my breath and hope that they survive this transition. Slovaks need support right now more than ever before, especially retired people. We should support our relatives financially if we can. Twenty dollars a month will probably pay for the utilities and it does not do any damage to my pocket.
