What we need to do is to somehow train the enormous pool of unskilled labour in Slovakia. There is so much potential out there just wasting away, while companies are desperate to hire.
This is particularly the case in Trnava, with its enormous unemployment rate and, ironically, numerous employers supposedly having trouble to find people. It is all because the skills don't match the employers' needs.
