THE NETWORK regulatory authority (ÚRSO) stopped review of a proposal for a 22-percent price increase in gas prices for households, submitted by gas utility Slovenský plynáresnký priemysel (SPP).
The ÚRSO decided on this move on July 21, arguing that SPP had not submitted the relevant documentation needed to justify the price increase, the SITA news agency wrote.
SPP wants to increase gas prices as of October this year, arguing that their proposal is in line with the development of world markets.
ÚRSO has asked SPP to supply the required documents within 30 days.
