Russia opens consulate in Košice

Russia opened an honorary consulate in Slovakia's eastern city of Kosice on February 19, the TASR newswire was informed. The opening ceremony took place with the Russian Ambassador to Slovakia, Alexander Udalcov, attending. Russia's consulate in Košice in the city centre will cover the regions of Košice and Prešov. It will be open for the public three days each week. Three other countries have consulates in Kosice – Belgium, Spain and Turkey. TASR
