Bratislava-based company S.R.M. Building announced plans to build a logistics park on an area covering 131,000 square metres in Budimir, eastern Slovakia.
The Budimir local council has already approved the Anych logistics park project, the TASR newswire reported. The costs are estimated at Sk100 million (€3 million) while S.R.M. Building will prepare the facilities and infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses.
The first firm, Austrian Post, has already indicated interest to move in.
The park will be built between the Košice-Prešov stretch of the D1 motorway and the I/68 Košice-Prešov state road.
