THE PRIVATE security service whose guards were responsible for shooting two English fans before a football match in Slovakia last month has turned in its operating license to a regional authority.
Police have found that four armed guards for the service were present when two members of an unruly bunch of fans in a Bratislava pub were shot, one in the thigh and another in the neck.
The incident, combined with racist chants from some Slovak fans at the match itself, was heavily reported in the British press.
