SLOVAKIA, along with other EU member and acceding states, will today at noon commemorate the victims of the bomb attacks in Madrid with three minutes of silence.
“It will be an expression of our solidarity with Spain and its citizens and of our determination to fight terrorism,” Slovak Prime Minister Mikuláš Dzurinda said on March 12, the Slovak daily Národná obroda wrote.
