Current VSS head Robert Tibenský will be Skuhra's deputy, the Sme daily wrote in its Saturday, December 22, issue.

Glváč told the TASR newswire that he believed the change in intelligence service structure will help save finances – 19-percent savings already in 2014. It should also prevent failures in the operation of service, like those which caused scandals back in 2011. Thus, the government has been preparing an amendment to the law on intelligence services. Defence Ministry should table the first draft of this amendment already in January 2013.
