Malíková and Slota, who led two wings of the formely united Slovak National Party (SNS), fragmented the SNS’ voter base and did not score enough support to win seats in the new parliament.

Slota said of the possible charges that his Real Slovak National Party had “just told the naked truth about what is happening in Slovakia and across Europe, where we are being threatened by minorities and gypsies.”
