In his speech Fico noted that no problematic issues exist in relations between Slovakia and Serbia, and expressed full support for Serbia's EU-integration efforts.

The Serbian PM stated that his country, along with the rest of the world, has been affected by the global economic crisis. Despite this, Serbia, with the assistance of international institutions, will invest considerable amounts into the renewal of the power and energy infrastructure, motorway construction and several other projects.

Slovak enterprises will have the opportunity to take part in those projects as well, said Cvetkovic to TASR. Fico praised several Slovak firms for their activities in Serbia. TASR
