THE SLOVAK Football Association (FA) has been charged over the racist abuse directed at England's black players by Slovak supporters at a European Championship 2004 qualifier that stirred debate on racism in football.
The UEFA's disciplinary commission also charged the England FA over the behaviour of England fans at the Bratislava match on October 12.
A group of English fans ripped up chairs and threw them at police and over a barrier dividing the Slovak and English parts of the stadium.
Both FAs will be heard by UEFA on November 21.
