IN a letter to the European Union's commissioner, Gunther Verheugen, Foreign Minister Eduard Kukan said that he was convinced that an agreement between Slovakia and Hungary will be reached on the controversial Act on Hungarians Living Abroad passed by the Hungarian parliament last July.
