Bratislava power juggler Milan Roskopf was successful on October 21 at a world festival of non-traditional records, called Impossibility Challenger 2012, held in Budapest. The athlete famous as “the man with three balls” wanted to achieve a world record by juggling bowling balls weighing 12 pounds each – a total weight of 16.3 kilograms.
“I made two world records: with the bowling balls, I managed to juggle for 28.91 seconds, and then I also made a juggle-run for a maximum distance with three throwing balls weighing 7.26 kilograms each,” Roskopf told the TASR newswire. “I succeeded in running and simultaneously juggling for 70.52 metres in 34.54 seconds. In this instance, the main index of performance is the distance run, as nobody so far has juggled with such a weight while running,” he said. Before the Budapest event, Roskopf had seven inscriptions in the Guinness Book of World records and 53 world records in various other disciplines.
