The exhibition has been organised under the auspices of the Slovak Ambassador to Japan, Drahomír Štos. It opened on November 3 and will last until December 24. It is divided into several parts which represent specific attributes of Slovakia – natural and historical monuments, folklore, book illustrations, and the traditional Christian holidays of Christmas and Easter. Artists who will present their work at the exhibition include Katarína Ševellová Šuteková, Kamila Štanclová and Karol Felix.

The exhibition also features Slovak artists whose illustrations have been issued on stamps, like Dušan Kállay, Martina Matlovičová-Kráľová, Ľubo Paľo and Peter Uchnár.
