According to trade unionists from across Europe, the cuts are at the expense of employees and citizens of individual EU countries. A 52-member KOZ delegation has joined the demonstration, representing a Slovak union membership base of 360,000 members. They are seeking job security and social justice. The demonstration in Brussels is being labelled European Action Day.
