Slovakia unready for germ warfare

Slovak officials have said that the state health sector is unprepared for major biological weapons attacks. A spokesman for the Ministry of Health said health care centres would be able to monitor and diagnose small outbreaks resulting from germ warfare but not large-scale attacks. He added that not even the most advanced industrialised nations were ready for such attacks.
