Slovakia will accredit the qualification of EU-citizens

All citizens of the European Union who have been qualified for a specialised trade in their home country should have the same right to practice in Slovakia as people who were qualified in the Slovak Republic.

This is one of the declarations stated in the draft of a governmental bill concerning the accreditation of qualifications that will be discussed in parliament during its March session. The bill deals with the accreditation of documents by universities and colleges or by other official bodies. If the document is approved it will come into force on October 20, 2007.
