PRIME Minister of Slovakia Mikuláš Dzurinda assured the visiting Irish PM Bertie Ahern that the central European state, a newcomer to the EU, would not cause complications in the upcoming June talks on the EU constitutional treaty.
Dzurinda even said that, in his opinion, some EU states would be willing to back away from the principle of one commissioner per country when discussing the future composition of the European Commission, the Pravda daily wrote.
