Slovakia's sees largest real estate deal ever

HB REAVIS Group has sold the administrative center Apollo Business Center to the German fund manager Hannover Leasing for more than €100 million (Sk 3.8 billion). The transaction is the biggest real estate deal in Slovakia ever, the SME daily writes. Hannover Leasing's Norbert Fath says that his company believes that the Apollo Business Center is the best administrative piece of real estate in Slovakia. HB Reavis Group will continue administering the Apollo center. The business center has over 43,000 square meters of space, of which office space comprises 83 percent. The center is at 100-percent capacity with both private and state companies renting space.
