The decision made by the Bratislava I District Court at the beginning of this week to declare Slovenské Aerolínie bankrupt and appoint a receiver of assets in bankruptcy took effect with its publication in the Commercial Bulletin on March 22.
Since the decision is not contestable, creditors now have 45 working days to file their claims.
The airline filed for bankruptcy on March 2. The Bratislava I District Court decided on the airline’s bankruptcy on March 12 and declared the company bankrupt and appointed the official receiver, Ivan Klementis, on March 19.
