Refinery Slovnaft, after a shareholders' meeting yesterday lasting 7.5 hours, has agreed to pay out 25 per cent of last year's Sk4.5 billion ($980 million) profit, or 5.8 per cent of the nominal value of each share.
The dividend payment disappointed Slovnaft shareholders J&T and Penta Group, self-styled corporate raiders who control 15 per cent in the refinery.
