PM Robert Fico’s ruling Smer party held their congress in Dolné Strháre, a town in the Veľký Krtíš district in southern Slovakia on April 21.
The Veľký Krtíš district has one of the highest unemployment rates in Slovakia.
"We talked about drafting a Slovak-Hungarian agreement on the construction of at least two bridges over the Ipeľ river, which runs between Slovakia and Hungary. I would say that the agreement could be signed by June," said Fico.
