The company has invested €25 million (Sk927 million) in the project. According to the Hospodárske noviny daily, the center should open in October this year. Retail space will cover 950 square meters, while another 12,000 square meters in office space will be available on the second to ninth floors of the building.

Around 1,500 people should work in the building, which is primarily aimed at international business clients.

"We hope the building will be fully occupied by the end of this year," Soravia Slovakia's Ulrike Staudacher said.
