South Korean KIA supplier coming to Slovakia

HANIL E-Hwan, one of the biggest South Korean automotive suppliers, will settle in Dubnica nad Váhom, where it should open a new plant supplying carmaker KIA near Žilina, the Pravda daily reported.

The company will supply KIA with interior plastic parts and textiles for vehicles.

Ondrej Žember, the spokesman for SARIO, Slovakia's investment and trade agency, said that the Hanil E-Hwa’s investment has not yet been officially confirmed but the company is expected to settle in Dubnica.

The company will employ some 400 people.
