THE SPECIALISED Criminal Court in Pezinok has a new chairman, Oldřich Kozlík, who was appointed following a competitive selection process. Kozlík had been previously serving as the court’s acting chairman and he took up the permanent post on June 11, said Justice Ministry spokesman Michal Jurči, according to the SITA newswire.
In a separate judicial appointment, Justice Minister Viera Petríková appointed Slavomír Cimerman to the post of chairman of the district court in Veľký Krtíš and he will fill the post for a third term. The minister had little choice but to appoint him as he was the only person to apply for the position.
