So far, tourists will not be able to view the castle's exhibition halls or chapel, although the observatory tower will be accessible, Dáša Uharčeková Pavúková from the Spiš Museum told the SITA newswire.

Spiš Castle will be open daily from 10:00 to 16:00, and, as expert tour guides are not yet available, visitors will pay only half the usual entrance fee. The castle may be closed or opening hours changed in the event of bad weather.

The castle will also be open during the Easter holidays. The official opening of the summer season, including exhibits, will be held on the first weekend in May, as is traditional.
