THE STATE will establish its own real estate agency AMS that will control all state-owned real estate assets, including the sale and renting of buildings, land, as well as new construction projects, the Pravda daily reported.
According to a law on the management of state real estate, which the government approved September 22, the agency should start operating on July 15, 2005.
