The Public Procurement Office has granted an objection raised by the Siemens Business Services firm against the result of a tender for an information system for the state treasury, and required the Finance Ministry to look at the bids again. The tender was won in September by Hewlett Packard amid charges a Siemens official had tried to bribe tender commission members.
