THE NEW president picked in the April elections should be honest, non-partisan, and should have an understanding of the problems of the people, showed the latest survey of voter preference.
Foreign Minister Eduad Kukan remains the most popular, with 26.1 percent support, followed by ex-PM Vladimír Mečiar and president Rudolf Schuster with 22.9 and 16.4 percent respectively.
The fourth strongest candidate is Mečiar's former party peer, Ivan Gašparovič, who scored 15.4 percent.
