According to a TV Joj report on December 21, Labsi didn't report to the Migration Office of Slovakia's Interior Ministry on Saturday. The guards of the camp subsequently begun to search for him. The Interior Ministry also notified Austrian authorities and it learned from them that Labsi had been caught there.

“I've no information about my client not being in the sojourn camp,” Labsi's lawyer Martin Škamla told the TASR on Monday evening, December 21. TASR
