A public tender for building an information system for the state treasury will be repeated for a record sixth time after the Public Procurement Office upheld the objections of the loser, Siemens Business Systems, to the methods of the tender commission in choosing the winner, Hewlett Packard. Siemens has now had the same objection upheld four times; the tender was once simply scrapped.
