Slovakia joins Greek bailout; Racist billboards target Roma; Protester takes aim at nationalists; Cartoonist a pain in neck for prime minister

Slovakia has signed off on a European deal to lend Greece 110 billion euros . It is hoped the money will be enough to prevent the country from declaring bankruptcy, and to restructure its massive debt.
The pre-election campaign took an ugly turn last week when the Slovak National Party unveiled a billboard advertisement targeting Slovakia’s Roma population .
Now, one man seems to have made a hobby out of taunting the nationalists. Alojz Hlina, an entrepreneur turned activist, was at it again last weekend, parking an armoured personnel carrier in front of the Slovak National Party’s Bratislava headquarters.
And on a lighter note, Prime Minister Robert Fico was in court last week to argue his case against a cartoonist for the SME daily paper, who Mr Fico says made light of his back pain and thereby caused him suffering.
