According to the Pravda daily, the current majority owner of SA, the Austrian Airlines Group, is also among the three interested parties.

Austrian Airlines' acquisition of its current 66 percent stake in SA in early 2005 was controversial because it was achieved through a basic capital increase and was not accompanied by a cabinet decision.
