Transpetrol shares again blocked

A court has issued another injunction against handling of shares in state-owned crude oil pipeline firm Transpetrol, tying the hands of the Economy Ministry, which wants to privatise a 49% Transpetrol stake by the end of the year. The injunction stems back to a 1994 dispute over unpaid taxes.
