The trial of five defendants charged with the 2005 murder of Bratislava student Daniel Tupý continued on January 28 with the testimonies of more witnesses.
Nine witnesses were due to testify on the third day of the trial, the TASR newswire wrote. None of the witnesses has so far recognised or identified any of the five defendants.
The trial is planned to last five days, until Friday, and 33 witnesses, eight experts and eight plaintiffs have been summoned.
Tupy was killed in Bratislava on November 4, 2005, after he and a group of friends were attacked by an unknown number of assailants. TASR
