On September 30, the Public Procurement Office (ÚVO) asked the Bratislava Regional Court to turn down as groundless the fourth lawsuit in the highway toll collection tender.
The last objection in the ongoing tender for the electronic highway toll collection tender was filed on August 7 by one of the three excluded consortia led by the Austrian company Kapsch TrafficCom. ÚVO spokesperson told the SITA newswire that the office believed it had proceeded in accord with the public procurement law when deciding on the objections. SITA
