President László Solyom welcomed the presidents of the Visegrad Four (V4) countries - Slovakia's Ivan Gašparovič, Václav Klaus of the Czech Republic and Poland's Lech Kaczynski – and their spouses to the Hungarian town of Keszthelyi on September 20.
The presidents will assess three years of their countries' membership in the EU and discuss transportation-related issues and the free movement of people after joining the Schengen zone, scheduled for January 2008. The Czech Republic took over the rotating, one-year chairmanship of the V4 in June. TASR
