Start your day with yoga
June 17 and 19, 7:15-8:15 in the atrium of the Nivy shopping mall
Wake up with purpose and enjoy calm morning yoga in the open air. In cooperation with Hot Yoga Centrum, you can attend regular yoga sessions in the Nivy Centre Atrium.
Tuesdays are dedicated to Hatha Yoga, a slower-paced class focused on posture, breathing, and improving flexibility. Thursdays offer Metabolic Yoga, a more dynamic style designed to activate the entire body.
The class will be cancelled in case of bad weather or low temperatures. Remember to bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
Music
Belasý motýľ concert
June 18, at 16:30 on the Main Square
The Belasý motýľ concert is a unique event supporting people with disabilities and the idea of independent living. It creates an atmosphere of understanding, tolerance, and inclusion, accompanied by a vibrant music lineup.
All performers take the stage without a fee to show solidarity with people affected by neuromuscular disorders, but you can support the public fundraiser by donating or purchasing merchandise at the info booth.
