Step back in time to the early 20th century at this nostalgic open-air event in the heart of Bratislava. Set between the years 1900 and 1950, the day invites visitors to don period attire, pack traditional picnic baskets and leave their smartphones behind.

The programme features period music, craft demonstrations, a vintage fashion show, dance workshops and family-friendly activities. The evening will conclude with a swing concert by the Fats Jazz Band, offering a spirited finale to a day steeped in old-world charm.

Balans yoga by the Danube

July 8, 7:30–8:30, Eurovea riverside (under the M. R. Štefánik Statue)

Start your day with fresh air, movement and music at the Balans yoga event on the Danube promenade. Led by the inspiring Lucia Lužinská, each session offers a calming outdoor yoga experience with breathtaking river views. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, the classes are guided by experienced instructors.

Operné Hviezdko – An evening of opera classics

July 6, at 18:00 on Hviezdoslavovo Square

Enjoy a magical evening of opera and classical music with mezzo-soprano Dominika Isabell Marková, baritone René Antonius Schleifer and clarinettist Jozef Eliáš, accompanied on piano by Anikó Patkolo.

The concert will feature celebrated arias and duets by Mozart, Donizetti, Rossini and Bizet, alongside operetta favourites, beloved Neapolitan songs and lyrical Italian melodies. A refined musical experience under the stars.
