3 things to do in Bratislava for free in the next seven days

Join hikers on their trip to Sandberg, or visit a concert in Old Town this Friday.

Hike to Biele Skaly

Meeting point: Saturday, at Patrónka stop at 10:00

This week the hikers will set out for a short from Dúbravka to Sandberg, calling at Biele Skaly and other points of interest along the way.

They will meet at Patrónka bus stop for the departure at 10:07 to Žatevná, and will start walking at 10:20.

The route is almost entirely on unmarked forest trails until the group reaches Sandberg, however, there are lots of interesting sites and fresh trails to see along the way.

As it is getting colder do not forget to wear warm clothes and bring hot drinks with you, and good walking shoes as usual.

Concert for Attentive People

November 17, at 17:00 on Primaciálne Námestie 1 (square)

During Fight for Freedom and Democracy Day, on November 17, a live concert will be held in Bratislava's Primaciálne Námestie square. The Ukrainian band, electro-folk phenomenon Go_A will be performing on this stage.

Czech musician Michael Kocáb from the famous band Prague Selection, musician Braňo Jobus and the group Karpatské Chrbáty will play a joint concert, which will also include songs from Prague Selection. Trap project FVCK_KVLT will also be there, to demonstrate their brand of lively and raw punk energy.

VŠMU Chamber Orchestra concert

November 22 at 19:00 in Dvorana concert hall on Zochova 1

The students of three musical interpretation departments will present themselves in a chamber orchestra, and as soloists in a varied program.
