The furniture set gilded with 24-karat gold is probably the biggest attraction of the mansion in Svätý Anton. Richly furnished salons with original furniture reflect the way of life, tastes and hobbies of the two rich families of Koháry and Coburg.

In the mansion both families concentrated exceptional works of the mind and skillful hands of artists and craftsmen from different parts of the world from the 18th to the 20th century.

It is said that the builders expressed the symbolism of the calendar in the baroque-classical mansion, which was completed in 1750. Four entrances, seven arcades, 12 chimneys, 52 rooms and 365 windows represent the number of seasons, days of the week and also months, weeks and days of the year.

However, few people know that the mansion, which is the dominant feature of the village, also has a camera obscura. It was known before Christ, its principle described by Aristotle. They used it to observe the Sun, also used by painters.
