The new positions will be for financial operations experts, sales support and teams supporting a catalogue of products on Amazon websites.

“When we opened our branch in Bratislava four years ago, we were amazed by the sheer number of talented people we had an opportunity to employ,” Amazon Vice-president for European Operations Roy Perticucci said, as quoted by the TASR newswire. “We’re happy that we can offer jobseekers further positions also this year. We’re looking for 100 new colleagues who will support our European teams in provision of the best possible experience to sellers and employees alike while buying and selling on Amazon.”

The Bratislava centre was opened as the first Amazon branch in Slovakia ever in 2011. Its employees provide support to European teams of Amazon and business partners particularly in Germany, Great Britain, France, Italy and Spain.
