The American fast food chain Burger King will open new restaurants in Slovakia in 2020, as reported by the Trend weekly.
Burger King, which returned to the Slovak market in late 2018 after a seven-year break, will add several branches in the capital. The company already has three restaurants in a few Bratislava shopping malls.

The new branches will be localised in the central Kamenné Square and at the Nivy bus station. One restaurant should include a drive-thru as well, the company's first drive-thru in Slovakia.
However, the chain will expand to other parts of Slovakia, opening up restaurants in Košice and Prešov, both in eastern Slovakia.
