While some business service centres are waiting for the arrival of specific artificial intelligence (AI) tools that they can use, others, especially those involved in IT and software development, are proactively developing them, testing them themselves and, after fine-tuning, offering them as commercial products.
Experts say the potential to harness AI in a number of areas is enormous, pointing to, among others: personalisation of marketing, checking job offers and legal contracts, and in human resources (HR) tasks.
“We’re already using artificial intelligence on a daily basis,” Lucia Gogová, country HR partner at IBM in Slovakia, told The Slovak Spectator, adding the company uses AI actively in HR.
IBM has developed a chatbot able to deal with HR-related issues, after which all its organisations installed it to test it in real conditions. After fine-tuning it, IBM began to offer it as a commercial product to external clients.
