Most of the output from Slovak automotive firms is exported. Exports increased by 5 percent in 2005 to Sk290 billion, and this year should rise further to Sk340 billion, the Slovak automotive industry association estimated. Slovakia's car industry is represented by three carmakers - Volkswagen in Bratislava, and the new PSA Peugeot Citroen and Kia Motors Slovakia in Trnava and Žilina, respectively.
