GUTHAUS
Guthaus combines the expertise of four world-renowned studios to turn a former brownfield into the future icon of Bratislava. The 3D facade designed by the AllesWirdGut studio produces a unique modern look while also providing each flat with access to a large balcony from every room. The project utilizes rain gardens, green roofs, heat pumps, ceiling cooling and other technologies to bring forth a spectacular combination of sustainability and comfort.
