IKEA Bratislava s.r.o., the Slovak branch of the world-famous Swedish furniture maker, posted a turnover of 453 million Slovak crowns for the fiscal year ending August 1997, IKEA spokeswoman Katarína Urbanová said on October 27. The turnover for the previous fiscal year was 367 million crowns. IKEA Bratislava employs about 100 people and served 830,000 customers in the last fiscal year.
